17 Sep Wild Africa cream, vanilla, pistachio and lemon curd freak shakes




Ingredients
- 4 large scoops Vanilla bean ice cream
- 150 ml cream whipped
- 4 shots Wild Africa cream
- 1 tub Lemon curd ice cream
- 150 grams pistachio nuts toasted and chopped
- A selection of macaroons, colourful straws and some chocolate chip biscuits
Instructions
- Using 2 medium sized glasses, layer the scoops of vanilla ice cream with the lemon curd ice cream and the pistachio nuts.
- Add 2 shots of Wild Africa cream into each glass and top with the macaroons, more chopped pistachios and the biscuits.
- Insert a straw into each glass and top the glasses with the whipped cream. Serve immediately.
