Ingredients
  • 4 large scoops Vanilla bean ice cream
  • 150 ml cream whipped
  • 4 shots Wild Africa cream
  • 1 tub Lemon curd ice cream
  • 150 grams pistachio nuts toasted and chopped
  • A selection of macaroons, colourful straws and some chocolate chip biscuits
Instructions
  1. Using 2 medium sized glasses, layer the scoops of vanilla ice cream with the lemon curd ice cream and the pistachio nuts.
  2. Add 2 shots of Wild Africa cream into each glass and top with the macaroons, more chopped pistachios and the biscuits.
  3. Insert a straw into each glass and top the glasses with the whipped cream. Serve immediately.
