This drink works perfect for an after dinner drink or just because you feel like something sweet in front of the fireplace. We also made it a little health conscious just so that you don't feel too guilty about maybe having 2 glasses.

Ingredients
- 500 ml Full cream milk
- 100 ml fresh cream
- 100 ml muscavado sugar
- 4 Star Anise Seeds
- 4 Cardamom Pods crushed
- 1 medium sized beetroot peeled and grated
- 100 ml Wild Africa cream
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients except the Wild Africa Cream in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Strain the milk mixture into a clean sauce pan and add the Wild Africa Cream.
- Blits with a stick blender until it becomes frothy.
- Pour the latte in 2 warmed glasses and serve immediately.
