Ingredients
  • 1 Packet Tennis biscuits, coarsely ground
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 5 ml Caramel extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Montagu coconut flakes, toasted and ground
  • 1 tin Caramel Treat
  • 50 ml Full cream milk
  • 5 ml Sea salt flakes
  • Seasonal berries such as strawberries, blueberries, black berries and cherries
  • Montagu créme brûlée mango bites, coconut butter mango bites and berry blaze mango bites to serve
Instructions
  1. Mix the ground biscuits, condensed milk, extract and 1 cup of the coconut together. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  2. Roll the mix into truffles and into the rest of the coconut. Place in the fridge until set.
  3. Mix the caramel treat, milk and salt together and place in the fridge.
  4. Serve the truffles with the salted caramel sauce, berries and Montagu flavoured mango bites.
