17 Feb Tennis biscuit, coconut and condensed milk balls with Salted caramel sauce




Ingredients
- 1 Packet Tennis biscuits, coarsely ground
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 5 ml Caramel extract
- 1 1/2 cups Montagu coconut flakes, toasted and ground
- 1 tin Caramel Treat
- 50 ml Full cream milk
- 5 ml Sea salt flakes
- Seasonal berries such as strawberries, blueberries, black berries and cherries
- Montagu créme brûlée mango bites, coconut butter mango bites and berry blaze mango bites to serve
Instructions
- Mix the ground biscuits, condensed milk, extract and 1 cup of the coconut together. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Roll the mix into truffles and into the rest of the coconut. Place in the fridge until set.
- Mix the caramel treat, milk and salt together and place in the fridge.
- Serve the truffles with the salted caramel sauce, berries and Montagu flavoured mango bites.
