Ingredients
Rose Gold Dipped Strawberries
  • Short kebab skewers
  • 400 grams Fresh Strawberries
  • 300 grams Good quality white chocolate
  • 5 ml Powdered rose gold colouring
  • 15 ml cream
Rose Water Popsicles
  • 375 ml Laborie Brut Rose
  • 375 ml water
  • 200 ml castor sugar
  • 10 ml Rosewater
  • Ice cream moulds of your choice
  • Wooden ice cream sticks
Cakesicles
  • Ice cream moulds or any other mould of your choice
  • Thin ice cream sticks
  • 1 medium sized Vanilla sponge cake, broken into crumbs
  • 50 ml cream
  • 500 grams Good quality white chocolate
  • Some rose gold powder, glitter and decorative items to make the cakesicles pretty
Instructions
Rose Gold Dipped Strawberries
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. Once melted, add the rose gold powder and mix through. The mix might become too thick.
  3. Warm the cream and add to the chocolate mix.
  4. Place a skewer into each strawberry and dip into the chocolate.
  5. Place in the fridge to set.
Rose Water Popsicles
  1. Place the Laborie Brut Rose and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Once it has boiled for 3 minutes add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Take off the heat and add the rosewater.
  4. Place into popsicle moulds and into the freezer for approx. 1 hour before inserting the ice cream sticks.
Cakesicles
  1. Place the cake crumbs into a bowl and add the cream.
  2. Mix well and press into ice cream moulds or any other mould of your choice.
  3. Place ice cream sticks into each mould, securing each one in the middle.
  4. Place in the freezer for 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  6. Dip each frozen cakesicle into the chocolate to cover.
  7. Brush with some rose gold powder and place back into the freezer to set.
  8. Decorate with some more rose gold decorations and serve with Laborie Brut Rose.
