Ingredients
  • 8 Slices parma ham (you can use any other charcuterie of your choice)
  • 1/4 Watermelon, cut into fingers
  • 50 ml Balsamic reduction
  • Seasonal berries such as strawberries, blueberries and black berries
  • 2 Packets Montagu mixed berry swirls
  • 8 Short wooden skewers
  • 1 Bottle of your favourite pink sparkling wine
Instructions
  1. Wrap each watermelon finger with the parma ham, place on a platter and drizzle with the balsamic reduction.
  2. Garnish with the berries.
  3. Separate the rolls of mixed berry swirls and stick them on the skewers.
  4. Place them in 4 champagne glasses together with some of the berries.
  5. Fill each glass with the sparkling wine and enjoy.
