18 Feb Parma ham wrapped watermelon with seasonal berries, balsamic reduction, Montagu mixed berry swirls and pink sparkling wine




Ingredients
- 8 Slices parma ham (you can use any other charcuterie of your choice)
- 1/4 Watermelon, cut into fingers
- 50 ml Balsamic reduction
- Seasonal berries such as strawberries, blueberries and black berries
- 2 Packets Montagu mixed berry swirls
- 8 Short wooden skewers
- 1 Bottle of your favourite pink sparkling wine
Instructions
- Wrap each watermelon finger with the parma ham, place on a platter and drizzle with the balsamic reduction.
- Garnish with the berries.
- Separate the rolls of mixed berry swirls and stick them on the skewers.
- Place them in 4 champagne glasses together with some of the berries.
- Fill each glass with the sparkling wine and enjoy.
