Ingredients
Murder on the orient express
- 400 ml fresh cream
- 4 shots Wild Africa cream
- 2 shots Vodka
- Dash of triple sec
- Handful of ice for blending
Blinis with smoked salmon and salmon caviar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A handful of dill, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
- 5 ml baking powder
- Olive oil for frying
- Smoked salmon ribbons
- 125 ml crème fraiche
- Salmon Caviar
Instructions
Murder on the orient express
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 cocktail glasses of your choice and enjoy with the salmon blinis.
Blinis with smoked salmon and salmon caviar
- Mix the eggs, milk, seasoning and half of the chopped dill together.
- Add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
- Using a teaspoon, fry the blinis in the olive oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Mix the other half of the dill with the creme fraiche and spread on each blini topping with the salmon ribbons and some salmon caviar.
