Ingredients
Murder on the orient express
  • 400 ml fresh cream
  • 4 shots Wild Africa cream
  • 2 shots Vodka
  • Dash of triple sec
  • Handful of ice for blending
Blinis with smoked salmon and salmon caviar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A handful of dill, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  • 5 ml baking powder
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Smoked salmon ribbons
  • 125 ml crème fraiche
  • Salmon Caviar
Instructions
Murder on the orient express
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 cocktail glasses of your choice and enjoy with the salmon blinis.
Blinis with smoked salmon and salmon caviar
  1. Mix the eggs, milk, seasoning and half of the chopped dill together.
  2. Add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
  3. Using a teaspoon, fry the blinis in the olive oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
  4. Mix the other half of the dill with the creme fraiche and spread on each blini topping with the salmon ribbons and some salmon caviar.
