17 Sep Mixed berry and Wild Africa cream popsicles




Ingredients
- 400 ml coconut cream (1 tin)
- 100 ml Wild Africa cream
- 50 ml icing sugar
- 200 grams Mixed frozen berries
- Popsicle moulds and sticks
Instructions
- Mix together the coconut cream, Wild Africa Cream and icing sugar until well combined.
- Spoon the frozen berries in the popsicle moulds and place the sticks inside.
- Pour the coconut cream mix inside making sure it fills each mould.
- Place in the freezer overnight and enjoy on a mid summers day.
