Ingredients
  • 400 ml coconut cream (1 tin)
  • 100 ml Wild Africa cream
  • 50 ml icing sugar
  • 200 grams Mixed frozen berries
  • Popsicle moulds and sticks
Instructions
  1. Mix together the coconut cream, Wild Africa Cream and icing sugar until well combined.
  2. Spoon the frozen berries in the popsicle moulds and place the sticks inside.
  3. Pour the coconut cream mix inside making sure it fills each mould.
  4. Place in the freezer overnight and enjoy on a mid summers day.
