22 Sep Homemade Canola Oil Nutella with Salted Caramel Cookie Ice Cream
Ingredients
Canola Oil Nutella
- 2 cups hazelnut or cashew nuts
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetend
- 150 g castor sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence or extract
- 175 ml B-well Canola oil
Instructions
Canola Oil Nutella
- Roast the nuts in the hot oven until golden brown for about 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Hint
- Ice cream can be refrozen into ice cream lollies with sticks and dipped into the home made Nutella.
