Ingredients
Basics
- 1 kg Beef boerewors
- 500 ml fresh cream
- 1 Packet cream of white onion soup
- Handful of chives, chopped
To Serve
- Montagu chilli and lime flavoured peanuts
- Montagu bunny chow flavoured peanuts
- Montagu atchar flavoured mango bites
- Montagu sliced biltong and droëwors
Instructions
- Take the sausage meat out of the casing and roll into small balls. Place in the fridge.
- Place the cream in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment and whip until medium stiff peaks.
- Add the onion soup powder and chives and whip thoroughly.
- Pan fry the meatballs until cooked and well browned.
- Serve the meatballs with the onion dip, flavoured peanuts, mango bites, biltong and droëwors.
